Yesterday we had some bear news, today is gorilla day. In the Dutch Volkskrant newspaper a newsitem can be found about a slacklining gorilla in the Higashiyama Zoo in the Japanese city Nagoya.
A ten year old Western Lowland gorilla named Shabani started walking on a rope that was meant for hanging on. Shabani weighs 110 kilogrammes (220 pounds) and lived in Sydney’s Taronga Zoo before moving to Japan.
You might understand that the Japanese Zoo has no lack of visitors at this moment.
